Welcome to Bremer State High School's webpage. We as a school embrace a learning environment which promotes excellence in academic, sporting, cultural and personal endeavours. We are a well established large school in the heart of Ipswich and have served the community well for over 45 years.

We have a varied and extensive curriculum which caters for the needs of all students no matter what ability or interest. As part of our School Renewal program we recently constructed a state of the art multi-media centre which has the capacity to deliver cutting edge media presentations.

We also excel in the area of performing arts, information technology and physical education as many of these subjects have programs which have been recognised state wide as examples of best practice. This quest for excellence is reflected throughout the school and we provide educational leadership throughout state networks.

We have a stable, committed and experienced staff who have always placed the interests of students above all else. We have positive links with the community and believe in productive partnership between all key groups. We recognise that Bremer is an inclusive, progressive and caring school and an excellent choice for your child's education.

We are also proud to say that we are a Health Promoting School working consistently and actively in the areas of curriculum teaching and learning; school organisation, ethos and environment; partnerships and services to make Bremer a healthy place to learn, work and play.
